Discrimination

There are many things that I wanted to post this morning, as I’ve had an eventful past couple of days, but as I shared before, I want this to be used as His Blog, (The Father’s) not mine.

In the world today, discrimination is again at an all time high.

We hear of people insisting that “their” lives matter, and in fact, it is true,

but not just one particular race or nation,

in God’s eyes, all lives matter.

Take a look at this;

4 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Acts 10:34-35

That word respecter means discriminate.

God is not the author of discrimination.

The enemy is.

He has been at the unrighteousness work of division from the Garden.

He first divided the children from their Father and then, like sin’s effect, it divided the man and woman and on down the line to their children.

That’s the unrighteous root system to discrimination.

BUT GOD, who is not a respecter of persons, made a way,

THE WAY, The Truth, and The Life,

back to the Father’s arms, and His Name is  Jesus.

Jesus is the door.

He opens to every man, woman, boy or girl, no matter the race, age, qualifications, talents, etc, who chooses to believe in Him.

One of my favorite scriptures is how Jesus made us worthy to be partakers of a common wealth;

2 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

See, no discrimination in Christ.

So, as I’ve been challenging my fellow believers at church, I also challenge you-

to resist any lie or accusations causing division.

Remember, the enemy of our souls is trying to divide and conquer.

First to divide our attention, to hopefully divide us From Our Father and  our families.

But as we resist him steadfast in the faith of Jesus, we will see the unity that Jesus prayed for in John 17, and become One, to show the World the Love of God.

Jesus says, the world will know that we are His disciples because of the love we have toward one another.

My friend encouraged me the other day about God’s PRO vision, of Love,

not DIvision which is the absence of it.

To be in the Provision of God is to outwardly manifest His love, if not, the opposite will be at work.

There is More than enough for everyone in the Kingdom, and it is the Father’s good pleasure, to receive all who will come through the life of His Son.
