As I awaited the arrival of a direct deposit into my checking account, the Holy Spirit nudged me with this;
| Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: |
| 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. |
You see, our earthly accounts are subject to change and can at times, be faulty.
They can run dry.
They are dependent on circumstances.
Yet isn’t it amazing, just how much trust we put into “that” system.
But think of Our Heavenly account- like Jesus told the Woman in John 4-
it will never run dry, malfunction, or close down and it is open for access 24/7-
faith, being our debit card.
As I think about our expenses and what needs to “go out, ” this week, I believe the Holy Spirit wants me aware of what has already come in….
Take a look at this deposit that was made;
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 1 Corinthians 1:30
Think of the magnitude of wealth you have from the deposits Jesus made.
Do you need to spend some of that Wisdom today?
Are you being “charged” with accusations of guilt and shame and need The awareness of Righteousness or assurance?
I know what it’s like to “feel” anything but righteous, but the Bible says the just shall live by faith.
Righteousness was deposited to us in Christ Jesus.
We access Righteousness by Faith.
According to our Heavenly account, All of our needs are met.
So, Make a draw today and Give Thanks to your Provider!
