It’s Gardening season around the Weible household.
What’s that you say…
Too early.
Well, yes, according to Lowe’s, Walmart and Rural King.
Their bare gardening section said it all,
As we searched for seed starting kits.
But not according to the trusty “intranet”.
You can buy anything these days.
Whatever the season.
Yes, we now have our starter sets and garden lights ready to set up in our basement.
We’re preparing to prepare!
That’s my man’s method.
Or is it just his?
Look at this above scripture again.

Do you often wonder why you aren’t seeing as much “fruit” in your life as you would like to?
Or maybe in others… (which is their garden, by the way… you can give pointers, but to trample on their property, would be, you guessed it… Trespassing!)
But back to your garden….
Why aren’t we seeing as much fruit?
The scripture says that the Truth (The Word of God) has already been planted…
Yes, it’s been made available.
Just like the ability for us to start seeds right now.
We had to dig a little deeper…
Go outside the norm,
But we found that, yes, Seed was indeed available.
If you are born again,
There is always seed available,
And,
It’s already been planted in your heart.
The Word says so.
But, if it’s not growing like you would like,
Take a look at your weeds.
Is there any uncleanness, and wickedness you haven’t pulled?
Thoughts of unbelief or jealously you keep toying with?
Thoughts are weeds.
If you don’t pull them immediately, they begin to choke that planted Truth.
It’s not that Truth isn’t there, it’s that it’s being choked.
So, I encourage you, as I’m preaching to myself today,
Weed your garden.
What you do now, will determine how things grow tomorrow!
