I thought and overthought this title.
The one I chose was the Word on my heart first thing,
But after reading the Word the Holy Spirit illuminated for me, I wanted to change it to-
Mission Impossible.
Even though what God is asking or giving us the mission to do,
feels impossible,
He wouldn’t have required something we weren’t capable of achieving.
Accept is the key word in this verse.
Accept it as my mission to pray for those who harass and mistreat me?
That’s foreign to my flesh, but it is the very heart of my Father.
For the Love of God-
Was displayed, through Jesus, and the mission has already been accomplished.
Will I accept the duty, of taking the Heart of God and aiming it, through prayer, at those, I believe God wants to see touched the same as I have been?
The mission is indeed a challenge, but not impossible.
Jesus not only accepted the challenge, but was victorious in His Mission.
We can walk it out as well.
The question for you and I today, is, will we accept it?
