I want to show you your invitation.
It’s part of a letter He wrote to you.
“Everything we could ever need for life and godliness has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing him who has called us by name and invited us to come to him through a glorious manifestation of his goodness. As a result of this, he has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises you can experience partnership with the divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world.”
2 Peter 1:3-4 TPT
Yes.
Now that we are Sons, we are partakers of the Promises that hook us up to the Divine life.
His Promises are like our spiritual umbilical cord.
They link us directly to Heaven’s stash.
It’s full, like the above letter says, of everything that we could ever need that pertains to this life, and how to live it God’s way.
