Today I find myself picking more chamomile.
I just picked a lot the other day.
As I was harvesting, God showed me some things, and some people.
First of All, the people.
Our church has been led to a name change.
Some questioned whether God was misheard in the beginning.
Out of my Spirit, however, came the example from the Word.
How many times did God make a name change?
Even in the book of Revelation, we are promised a New Name.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. Revelation 2:17
At the turn of seasons for my family, the Name change was the precursor before we ever stepped foot into new territory.
Doesn’t God’s Word always go ahead?
“Let there Be Light.”
And there was.
So, my hubby asked me, what will this new season be called?
I had already known:
DOUBLE PORTION. I said.
And, it has been.
We’ve made connections strategic to the plan of God.
While cleaning the camper and listening to an Andrew Womack message about moving with God,
I was refreshed to hear about God changing directions for Elijah.
Had he stayed where provision had been, He would have missed where Provision now was.
God made him a connection.
That’s the New Name of our church.
Where connections are made.
While pondering on this question of whether or not the Pastors missed it the first time, was the evidence of what it looks like to replant.
The above picture was a display of God’s heart when one season is sown into the next.
It produces a double portion!
Our God thinks in Super Abundance.
He never takes away.
He always multiplies.
