I heard Jesus say this morning before my eyes ever opened,
“The Holy Ghost has gone ahead of you.”
So, what then, or who then, do we have to fear this new year?
I’m reminded of my hunts, early in the morning, still dark, crumbling leaves, cracking, causing me to caution my surroundings…
But My Man, is ahead of me.
He’s clearing and shielding my way.
He’s the horse, I’m the cart!
It’s the same on a greater level with our Heavenly Husband.
He fought the good fight.
Won.
And Gave us His Spirit, who is always one step ahead of us.
That’s where we get prophecy.
Jesus is, and always will be prophetic.
He promised that the Holy Ghost would come, that He would get clear direction from Jesus, and reveal it to us.
I’m not settling for anything less than that kind of wisdom.
You?
Then, the Scripture agreed and spoke this:
“But now, this is what the LORD, your Creator says, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel, “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you [from captivity]; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you.”
Isaiah 43:1-2 AMP
He’s ahead of us, with us, and behind us.
We are hedged in.
That’s not just Christianese, if you believe it, and possess it as yours.
God told Joshua that every place he stepped, God had already given to him.
That was even before the precious Blood of Jesus was shed.
How much more, are we, well able as partakers of the inheritance?
Did He not say, that it’s all been restored to His hands?
Aren’t we His body?
Take territory for the King, starting today.
Sure, there are giants there.
But God is Greater than any giant!
And the Holy Spirit is already there, waiting for you to possess it.
