Transition

I heard Father say, “it’s drying up.”

This was an answer to my frustration of the world’s influence in heavy pursuit of our lives,

much like when the children of Israel came out of Egypt.

Before they crossed, dry land,

God breathed upon it and started the drying process!

I believe that’s a Strong Word right now for me.

There’s an old song I used to sing,

“Turn your eyes upon Jesus, and the things on earth will go strangely dim…”

That’s the drying process.

The world loses it’s luster.

There’s no satisfaction in it once you have tasted and seen Salvation.

After the drying occurred, they stepped into the parting on dry ground.

They literally walked through another miracle!

They had already been delivered- The Blood on the door posts.

For us, we’ve been delivered by the Blood of Jesus.

We’re out of the world.

We’re His.

But then, the drying process begins and we move towards the freedom purchased.

And as we move, the world pursues…

BUT GOD,

Made a distinction between His own and the world.

The sea swallowed the world’s pursuit.

(That’s what Grace looks like for us.)

It drowned behind them, never to be brought up again.

Now, we’re here, on this side.

And God told the people through Joshua,

“Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying, “Go throughout the camp and command the people, saying, ‘Prepare your provisions, for within three days you are to cross this [river] Jordan, to go in to take possession of the land which the LORD your God is giving you to possess [as an inheritance].’ ””
‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1:10-11‬ ‭AMP‬‬

This was a camp site..

They were in a transition period.

The space between where we’ve left and where we’re going!

But the promise, Dear Brothers and Sisters, is,

It’s all ours.

It’s all been provided.

It’s up to us, to take it.

How much more, are we able to conquer because Jesus has come.

We’re not just looking to an earthly leader,

The Lord Himself, dwells in us.

We CAN DO ALL THINGS through Him.
