Morning Glory

This picture of the cedar tree was taken on my way back up the driveway, during my cool down.

I had been running and as I came upon this tree, it was as if I just reached out to give it a high five!

As I kind of giggled to myself, I perceived The Holy Ghost to say, that’s My Glory, encouraging my other Glory.

Several scriptures began to emerge.

One of which:

let the field exult, and everything in it! Then shall all the trees of the forest sing for joy Psalm 96:12

And the other:

There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is of one kind, and the glory of the earthly is of another.41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory. 1 Corinthians 15:40-41

This verse has helped me understand the uniqueness of how and why God created everyone and everything different.

God actually loves diversity.

He is the inspiration thereof.

The problem is when one glory compares itself to another, or chooses to change its glory.

I believe God had in His mind, at the dawn of Creation, that one day, that tree He created for His Glory, would inspire me to look at my own.

And not compare, but rather be encouraged.

If I’m seeing this on a small scale with a tree, how much more when I see my brothers and sisters in Christ that way.

We’re all running this race.

How about you reach out your hand and hi five another of His Glory?!

Be inspired today to keep running.
