Secure And Resting

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭91:1‬ ‭AMP‬‬

In this state of Grace, I’ve come upon a shelter.

Not just a shelter, The Shelter of The Most High.

Here, I’m able to remain in His security, and rest.

I need that, because Baby, it’s cold outside!

Jesus forecasted a day like today.

In Matthew 24.

It’s not just Missouri weather, it’s any state, that’s not Grace.

It’s the state of love grown cold due to iniquity abounding.

I cannot afford that in His reflection of me.

So, I’m reminded of the shelter, here, I’m supposed to be warming myself in.

Yes, I have to choose to dwell here.

He won’t take anyone hostage.

Here, He reminds me of all of the promises paid for. (Psalm 91)

Not only for me, but for those out there who’s iniquity is abounding.

Abound: increase, multiply-

I just read this this morning out of Jude.

“and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life. And have mercy on some, who are doubting; save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy but with fear, loathing even the clothing spotted and polluted by their shameless immoral freedom.”
‭‭Jude‬ ‭1:21-23‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Snatch them.

It says.

“Get in here. In the Secret Place.”

We should be proclaiming.

But if we’ve stepped out of this secret place for any reason, into our own efforts,

these that were supposed to be snatching,

we’re waving Bon Voyage to instead,

because we don’t want their iniquity to touch us.

Iniquity hurts.

We may even feel the heat of the fire they’re in.

But Jesus snatched us-

Brought us to the Secret Place, in the State of Grace, and builds us up to Become His Answer to the cold-

Whether they look or act like they will recieve it or not.

Remember, conditions aren’t always favorable when we run.

The cold ones are looking for shelter.

We know where it is.

Will we bring them in or leave them out there?
